Brittany was referred to us by our selling agent. We were selling our house in the West Kootenay looking to move to Campbell River to move closer to family. We had a phone interview with Brittany I early August 2024. It became apparent from our discussion that she was a great fit for our needs in a search for a home in Campbell River. We provided a list of 5 viewings we were interested in, 2 that we had researched on line and 3 Brittany had recommended based on our wants. We had viewing in late August and made an offer subject to the sale of our home. Brittany led us thru the offer process with constant communication and feedback. Unfortunately our home sale fell apart and we had to withdraw our offer on the Campbell River property. After a long cold winter in the Kootenays we jumped into the market again in mid February 2025. Brittany did a tremendous job identifying possible home purchases for us. The fact that we are now in our home in Campbell River as of April 3 is all due to the hard work Brittany put in. She is a great communicator, always responding promptly to any questions we had regardless of the time of day we were contacting her.
