After moving from Victoria, I worked with Brittany Berkenstock for ten months to find my home in Campbell River. Not knowing the city or the market, I was all over the map with regard to location, style of home, size of lot, price... not an easy client for a realtor! We looked at many dozens of listings and Brittany was as enthusiastic showing the first home right through to the one I ultimately bought. Her caring and patience are of the same high caliber as her professionalism and experience. Brittany cares passionately that the home you buy is a home you love and she will do all in her power to help you find "the one". Sean was fantastic to deal with, he was honest, patient, knowledgeable and diligent. He walked us through the process of buying our first home, and was always available to answer questions and set up last minute showings. We couldn't be happier with the service and the house we ultimately bought. If you're in the market or considering buying or selling I couldn't recommend Sean and Brittany any more.
