The experience of purchasing a home in a hot market was pretty stressful. I was fortunate to have chosen Terry as my agent who helped me through this. Our first conversation left me with a sense that he had the experience needed to navigate the competitive environment. His focus was on understanding my needs, finding me a home, not just making a transaction, guiding me through the process, and making time to be available to answer any questions. He also has a very warm personality, lots of patience, calmness, and is trustworthy. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I was assisting my Sister in selling her residence. I contacted Terry to facilitate the sale and was impressed from the initial contact, to the conclusion of the process. Terry was “top drawer” in all categories. I have moved numerous times due to transfers from my employment with the federal government and have dealt with many realtors. Terry was far superior to any of my previous experiences.

Terry sold our condo for us, I feel he advised us well, and provided us with information and insight into the market and our property to help us make a decision on listing price. The condo sold quickly and we do not feel like we under sold. We were trying to purchase again in the same market, Although, it did not work out for us, Terry did work very hard to find us a suitable property. I would highly recommend Terry as a trustworthy and knowledgeable agent.
