Terry was a pleasure to work with. He tried to find the right house for me and he did. He’s been helpful through every step of the process from start to finish and would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a property.

Terry was great to work with. We were never left guessing and were always kept in the loop as to next steps and what was going on. He always presented himself professionally and was very patient with our busy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone.

This was the first time I’ve sold before and Terry took the time to explain the process to me and made sure I understood everything and answered any questions. Terry was very efficient and the 3D tours he presents are awesome! I would highly recommend Terry to anyone buying or selling!

We were amazed, Terry was the best we could have wished for, open and honest with our best interest at heart. We thought we had wasted his time after our financing fell through but two months later when we had dotted t "I's" crossed the "T's" so as not to let him down again he was there for us. Our Realitor was Terry Chesla of Remax First Choice in Stettler. Before my dad passed away he requested Terry Chesla as his realitor. They spoke and dad was not ready to list. Terry spent time going over things with him. Unfortunately dad never got the chance to list the house before he passed away. When it was time to list, our first call was to Terry. Terry’s patient, understanding, friendiness, sense of urgency, knowledge and caring were defiantly a huge factor in selling the house. Dad would have been so pleased. Huge big thank you to Terry, Kristina and staff of Stettler first choice Remax. You guys are a part of a big team of people that make up the friendliest little town in Alberta.

Terry was very professional yet very personable, always kept to his commitments, kept us informed, was willing to work with us on small matters and remained interested in our moving affairs even during the five weeks from the time we accepted the offer until closing date. On moving day Terry stopped in a few times to encourage us and see how things were going, and he did not bat an eye when we asked him if he would take a few garbage bags to the dump! Terry is a great real estate agent but also a fantastic person.
