She has helped two of my friends in the past purchase and sell their homes with excellent results.</p> <p>This past month she has helped my family and I with the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. She was also our agent 5 years ago when we bought this home. Each time has been an exceptional experience. With the purchase and sale of our last home she has gone above and beyond her duty as a Real Estate Agent being able to meet us to look at homes on short notice and at all hours of the day.</p> <p>She is extremely knowledgeable about the market value of homes and has proven to be an exceptional negotiator when it comes to buying and selling homes.</p> <p>Excellent experience overall.</p>

<p>My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Terrie Dunand's work. We came to town with a specific property in mind and she promptly set up a showing by her colleague because she happened to be out of town at the time. Terrie made it clear she had her reservations about the property's location, which impressed us. She could have stayed silent, facilitated the sale and collected her commission, but she didn't; she spoke her mind. When Terrie returned to town, after some discussion we set those reservations aside and don't regret it. Terrie did show us other properties and she worked hard to get a sense of exactly what we were seeking. We are not sophisticated clients and do not make big choices easily. Terrie guided us when required, while encouraging us to speak our minds and make our own decisions. At all times we felt secure in her care, yet still in control of the process.<br /> We met at a time when there were few properties available that met our criteria but Terrie was patient and promptly showed us whatever we wanted to see. She also took us outside our criteria, which, in the end, helped us make our final decision.<br /> It is worth noting we met Terrie through relatives who were shopping for much the same product as we were, and Terrie was careful to consult with them to avoid any conflict of interest, to the satisfaction of all involved. She is an ethical person. She also worked to negotiate a final price below the asking price.<br /> Terrie also introduced us to the realtor who ultimately sold our home in another province. She said this woman does business in the same way as she does, and by that time we knew that was a positive. We connected positively with this second realtor right away, and had as good an experience with her as with Terrie.<br /> We would use Terrie, and her out-of-province colleague, again in a minute, for any future real estate needs.</p>
