Terrie came prepared! She had accumulated information that made my choices easy. She was professional in her presentation, yet very warm in personality. She's a very good listener, but asked appropriate questions as to my feeling on what she was presenting to me. She came prepared to sell as quickly as was possible for my property. This she accomplished when she presented the first offer received the day after listing. She encouraged me in why she thought it was a very good offer. Since I've been in this property for just over 40 years, she was sensitive to the fact that I was making an emotional decision. She continually asked if I was OK with what was happening.
