Teresa was extremely knowledgeable about additional services such as cleaning, inspections, waste removal et al., and also had a great lawyer working with her that made the whole process streamlined, clear and human-friendly. She is a great negotiator, a thoughtful advisor, and a positive person to communicate with. Very quick responses, great availability, and smart use of technology such as online signing of documents.
