I am beyond impressed with the recent experience I have had listing my condo with Amie Brown. I was given some suggestions on my condo prior to her listing it. Once the tasks were completed, Amie had a crew into my condo taking professional photos, measurements and placing signage throughout. Once my condo was listed, it received a lot of showings with constant feedback from Amie and her co-workers to what they liked and didn't like. Then an offer comes in close to the asking price and Amie executes her magic resulting into a firm offer a week later. I am beyond words to express my gratitude of what you have done. I am so grateful for how fun the entire process was with this listing. Amie, thank you very much for everything you have done.

We told Amie that we’d like to sell our acreage BUT before we were ready to do that, we wanted to find a new home. We warned Amie, that we were very particular, very attached to our current home and needed something just as special. Amie quickly said, she could help us with that and she most certainly did! After visiting our acreage, Amie was able to figure out what we were looking for and find the perfect fit. We were delighted! Shortly thereafter, Amie showcased our acreage and all of its features, making a sale one day after listing. Amie was professional, knowledgeable and always prepared. She was friendly, patient and understanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a better experience.

Taylor Hack is extremely knowledgeable about the Edmonton housing and condo market, and used that expertise to strategically market our property. Taylor excels at prompt and clear communication. He guided us through the entire sale process outlining all of the options at each step and providing sage advice. I highly recommend Taylor and his team!

Taylor Hack was wonderful! We had two showings and two offers, including a final sale at real estate's LEAST busy time of the year. Taylor was knowledgeable, proactive, and responsive.
