TASHAAAA….. Was amazing!!! Not only did we have fun home shopping, we had lots of laughs!!Tasha listened to what our style and wants were, she stayed within our budget and answered all our stupid questions with a smile!!!Tasha drove all over alberta with us putting in km and hrs … we really appreciate everything she did for us scatter brains not knowing if we were even going to buy or not?? Thank you Tasha!!!! I recommend this beautiful lady to anyone looking for there new home as we are over the moon with our new home!!!! BIG FIVE STAR for this lady!!!!

Tasha Cordel by far exceeded any of our expectations and made our new home purchase in Ponoka the most positive experience. We haven’t purchased a property for over 30 years and lots has changed, so we had lots of questions and made her work very hard for us. She never weakened, always had a big smile and found every answer to all of our questions and any of our concerns. Thank you Tasha for everything you have done for me and my family, it means the world to us. My daughter and two grandkids are happy again to have their own home.

Tasha Cordel! She is amazing!! I have worked with many real estate agents in my lifetime but Tasha was by far the easiest, most professional, informative and made our appointments and interactions very comfortable. Our time was limited in finding a home as we live away from the area and she had a plethora of houses for us to look at in a 24 hour period. She was keen on our needs and wishes for a prospective home and dialed in on those with each house we saw. The final house was not on our list but she thought it might be something that would fit our wish list. Indeed it did!!!! We put in an offer out in the yard and our hearts soared as it was a dream for us to have this property. She was immediately in touch during all of our communications and even added a condition that we didn't think about that helped in our transition to the new house. There are no words to say how grateful we are for such a fantastic real estate agent as Tasha - so all I can say is call her if you want the best RE agent who will take care of you and your needs and then she will be there when that key is inserted to welcome you to your new home!

Amazing to work with. Response right aways. Any questions you have tasha is there to help. Highly recommend her. We didnt live in alberta at the time and she helped us out by viewing a lot of house through facetime. Always gives you the best advice.

We have worked with a lot of great realtors in the past, but Tasha truly surpassed them all. We met her under incredible stress during a wildfire evacuation. Our experience with her actually really helped my mental health during a super tough time. Thank you! Tasha is incredibly knowledgeable and notices absolutely everything. She’s whip smart and doesn’t miss a thing! Tasha drove up and down central Alberta to find us the perfect home and she was incredibly responsive (too responsive in fact! Geez take a break sometimes!). We had unique space requirements with the usual limited budget most of us have, but that didn’t phase Tasha one bit! She also had incredible recommendations for home inspectors, lawyers etc and they were all just as top-notch. We ended up buying without seeing our new home in person which I said I would never, ever do. I had so much trust in Tasha that I didn’t think twice and the house ended up being even better than expected. Tasha was so helpful, professional, funny, kind and patient that there is no one else I’d ask to help sell my dad’s acreage this spring. I intend to work with Tasha for as long as possible and I now consider her an incredible new friend. Go with Tasha! I promise you will thank me later!
