What a wonderful group at Tara Molina real estate team! They worked hard to sell our bungalow house in Acadia. Before listing, Tara came into our home and used her professional skills and keen eye to transform our home into a wonderful 'dream' show home. </p>The staging featured our own furniture and some items from her collection. It was amazing to see what Tara and her team can do! </p> </p>Once the house was staged, the team held an open house. We had an offer right after but due to buyer issues sale was not complete. This only motivated Tara more and the team held another open house and again an offer came. Each open house, Tara and her team highlighted the house in the best possible fashion. </p>Tara and her team were able to sell our house by the date we needed and for our asking price! </p>They also did an amazing job finding our 'forever' home and negotiated a fair purchase price. </p> </p>We couldn't have asked for a better real estate team in Calgary!!!!! Tara Molina was very professional, efficient and effective, my husband and I felt that she helped us greatly in finding a suitable home in a heated seller's market, and then made the buying process go quite smoothly for us. She was willing to work hard, remembered all necessary details about our purchase even though I was sure she must have had many other deals going on at the same time.
