Tanya Grant is an outstanding Realtor. She is good looking, friendly and an awesome personality. Very knowledgeable of the laws dealing with real estate. She worked tirelessly with Myself and my wife to make both our sales and purchase transactions happen.We had written two deals to sell our place which fell through, and the third one worked and was even better for us than the first two.Tanya even spent time on the phone with me when she was on a holiday. I can’t even begin to thank Tanya enough and I struggle to find the words to adequately convey how far she exceeded expectation. I have bought and sold several houses over the years, but never have I come across such a dedicated, patient, hard working, collaborative, professional, creative, supportive, effective, responsive, organized, and delightful realtor. It was a long, gruelling roller coaster and she stayed the course without wavering. She then switched gears for the closing process and displayed a whole new skillset, facilitating the entire transaction and making it seamless. Even after the close, she continued to check in, remained available to help with anything she could, and displayed a genuine and comforting interest in my happiness with the purchase. If I ever find myself back in the real estate market, there is only one person I would call.
