Tanya ensured the listing was well aligned for the market by providing an appropriate listing price for the market, a talented decorator to provide guidance for staging and a photographer who’s pictures displayed the house really well. Once listed Tanya realized the property was going to be sought after and suggested viewings for the weekend and not accept offers until Monday. The result was multiple offers over listing price.
