As first time home buyers, we had NO idea what we wanted, or how to go about doing it. "Mortgage" was hardly in our vocabulary and the only things we knew to look out for came from HGTV. We were so lucky that we found Tania and Tina who walked us through every single stage with NO pressure and honestly made it so fun and easy to go house shopping. Not only that, but these wonderful people still remember us and keep in touch on birthdays and house anniversaries. How amazing is that?! We met Tania a few years ago when she helped us buy our first condo and were so happy with her service that we enlisted her help again when it came time for us to start seriously thinking of buying a bigger place. Tania and Tina were great to work with. As a first time home buyer they were very informative and helpful. They brought up things that I would not be able to think about which really helped in the purchasing. There was a sort of uncertainty on the property which created some stress. They did a one year follow up too though which was nice to see what I should be preparing for in the future.

I bought my home 10 years ago from Tania King and she has been in contact with me on a yearly basis ever since. She put in a lot of work to get me into my home and her patience in helping me find my home was awesome. Now her and her sister Tina are in yearly contact with me which I feel is outstanding. In January of this year they spent weeks showing me possible homes in my price range to consider. I changed my mind on selling at this time, but they were okay with my decision.
