She found several showings within our budget with our desired features, and worked around our busy schedules to make an impactful use of time looking at potential homes. She was available for a text or call whenever we had a question or wanted to discuss showings. She negotiated incredibly well on our behalf before papers got to the signing stage, and was a helpful soundboard when navigating negotiations. Will absolutely use Tamara again!
