Todd Martin was an excellent choice for our transactions. On the sell side from the moment Todd and Tamara walked in our door, the attitude was positive and encouraging. We had a concern the pricing they suggested might be a bit optimistic. Three weeks later the house sold at full ask. On the purchase side, Todd was always available with information at a moments notice. He was always ahead of time for showings, and ultimately pulled the transaction and negotiations together while we were out of town. I can not describe Peter in any other way than true overachieve. Honestly, if I could have rated more than a 5 out of 5 on this I would. The guy is simply the best from the moment we got in contact. He continued to amaze me every single step of the way in helping us find our new home. I have lived on the coast my whole life and decided to make the big change to moving out to Vernon and we were not very familiar with the area at all. We did not also give him a lot of prep time prior to us driving up and saying SHOW ME ALL THESE PLACES. lol With that being said he tried his best to track down other real estate agents to get us in as many places as possible even when the other agents were not being responsive. I was honestly shocked and really appreciated his desire to maximize our time while we were there. But thats just where it started... I felt like I gained a new friend that day as he took us through places helping us see what we could make of each place and giving us his wealth of knowledge on housing, renos and development. It was way more than I ever could have expected and really really helped my wife and I find our new home for our family. We will forever be in his debt and he has really set us up in life to be able to live a life that we wanted and thought might be out of reach with the current state of the market. Thank you so much Peter we are forever grateful forever being graced with being one of your very devoted clients and now friends.
