Steve was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of real estate transactions. Aside from the questions in this document I would like to highlight several items. 1. Staging. Included in the cost of selling was the use of a stager (Alexis). She spent 3 hours working every space of our house utilizing our furniture and making recommendations. 2. Moving to a different province. He was in direct contact with our agent in the new jurisdiction helping to coordinate our offers there which resulted in some savings. 3. I am wheelchair bound which he took into consideration accommodating my unique needs.

He is a consummate professional and helped us throughout the process, even afterwards when our home closed, he went above and beyond what we expected, to make sure that we were happy. When we presented concerns, he was quick to respond and presented solutions every time. We had to sell our home in order to take possession of our current home and Steve made it happen!
