Steve loves his job! He had people at the ready to come in and fix the little things that buyers notice. These people were in and out. Did what was asked in a professional manner quickly and without hesitation. The stagers were given a free reign. They are the the best and deserve the freedom to create their masterpieces and they did! Steve operates a smooth process with little interference to our daily life. Viewing appointments were done by email. This was the best. You had time to say yes or no to the appointment time simply by a return email. Six days, 3 offers, and the highest sale price ever for this model. No place for improvement!! He is the best!!!

I really enjoyed working with Steve to purchase a townhome in the West end of Ottawa. I was particular about many aspects of the home and Steve was patient as we reviewed many options. It really did feel like he wanted me to find everything I wanted, and he was happy to explain processes and provide advice when I had questions. Steve was very responsive throughout the months-long process and was able to obtain a quicker closing date after my offer was accepted, as he knew it was important to me. I also found the system/technology that Hamre uses to be intuitive. If you choose Hamre for your real estate needs, I believe you will be very happy!

Steve Hamre has been our agent a few times. He has a great understanding of what we are looking for. This purchase was a bit different, with COVID. However, Steve did a great job helping us through the process. The market in Ottawa is hot and we are currently living outside the Province, so we had to buy sight unseen. Steve went to the house, did a video chat, and walked us through. He took the time to show us the details so we could feel comfortable with our purchase. After, he did a great job negotiating and coordinating our purchase agreement. That was not the end of the Hamre Teams services though! Steve has since helped find a lawyer and mortgage broker who I am very happy with. They have been in business a long time, and they KNOW Ottawa!
