Steve is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in both the urban and rural real estate markets of Eastern Ontario; The wealth of information that he provided to me in our first meeting gave me a complete picture of where my house fit into the market, the market itself, properties that were in direct competition with mine and those that were not, and even why or why not, as this wasn’t always apparent. This made for a very confidence-inspiring sale process that turned out very well.
