If you’re looking for a realtor to assist you in either your renting, buying, or selling journey and you’ve come across Stam’s name, you are very lucky! He is truly one of the kindest people we’ve ever met, and from Day 1, he had our backs as we sought an apartment to rent in Toronto. He assisted us with selling our house, and was able to negotiate to get us a price well beyond what we expected to get. He held our hand every step of the way, through consultations, recommending contractors, arranging staging, and going above-and-beyond to ensure we were not overwhelmed. He is extremely organized and made sure we stuck to a schedule to ensure we were tying off loose ends and even encouraged us to go on vacation during the staging/showing process but kept us abreast of all developments and put in a lot of time and effort to ensure everything was pristine and uncluttered for the showings. He adds a personalized touch to everything he does. He is very professional, polite, and conscientious. He took time to befriend our four-year-old son and is constantly adding thoughtful touches to everything he does - whether it's dropping off treats, picking up coffee during showings, or just taking some extra time to give our dog some attention. We can't wait to work with him again on the purchase of our new home!
