Stacey assisted with the sale of my mother's condo when it was time for her to move into a care facility. It was a very stressful time for the family but Stacey helped alleviate a lot of that stress by helping to clear out the condo as well as cleaning and staging it. She also recommended a lawyer for us that would actually travel to the facility where Mom lived. Stacey understood how difficult it would be for Mom to have to go to the lawyer's office. This made things so much easier. Overall, we were very happy with the results and appreciated Stacey taking the time to understand our needs.

I would strongly recommend Stacey to anyone needing a real estate agent. She is professional, knowledgeable and hard working. She helped us purchase our house and then sell our old home. Later she also helped me sell my mom's house. The price we received for both sales exceeded our expectations. She did a very good job staging both homes. Thank you so much Stacey!

Stacey became my real estate agent in 2015. She was helping my partner and I purchase our first home. Stacey took the time to get to know us personally as well as clients. This became valuable as the sellers wanted to “get a feel” for who would be purchasing the house. Stacey told the sellers about how the house and neighbourhood was perfect for us as we were young and trying to start a family. She won us the bid in a hard sellers market. In 2018 it came time to sell our home and Stacey was there every step of the way to help prepare and stage our house for sale. We were in a situation that we needed to sell fast to secure another property and Stacey was able to find us a buyer that was willing to match our asking price before we went to market. In the short time we were there we made 180k off our sale. In 2018 Stacey also assisted with the transfer and sale my grandfathers home. In 2022 it came time to move again. Unfortunately my partner and I split up. We were also renting an in-laws suite to my brother in law and he was hard on the space to say the least. Stacey helped us with the clean up and staging. She also stayed neutral and kept us working as a team to sell the property and get the most for our future. Stacey sold our property for 250k over asking. I look forward to working with Stacey next year when I buy my next property. I am definitely a happy client.
