I don’t usually write reviews but in this case, I had to because we are so happy with the end result of the sale of our home. Best decision we’ve ever made was to hire Trentadue Torres Group Re/Max Realty to sell our home. Nobody else will beat their services. After previously listing my home with a few other brokers in the Markham area and being very disappointed with their work ethics and integrity, we were lucky to find Delores Trentadue of Trentadue Torres Group. They have a great office environment and very nice and professional staff. They sincerely care about their clients and their agents are always updated with what’s going on in the market. They responded promptly to every text message, email and phone call. They followed up with us and kept us updated constantly. We listed our home on a Friday and within two days Delores, Sandra and Kristy sold our home and managed to get us over way over $200K of our asking price – and by the way we were listed at market price and not low. Prior to listing the house, they sent in their stagers who came in and provided us with a three-page list of what they thought we should do to help declutter and/or modernize our home. We took their advice very seriously because after all these guys are the experts and they do this for a living. Staging helped tremendously to sell our home quicker and for more money.
