Socrates is an excellent real estate agent whose professionalism was apparent from the moment we met him. As first time home buyers, the process seemed daunting to my wife and I, but with his incredible depth of knowledge of neighborhoods, process and logistical planning, and his go getter attitude, we purchased our dream condo! We we're particularly impressed by his initiative to seek out details. Whether it be information about a building, noticing defects and points of concern, interior design feedback, and lifestyle choices such as walking/transit planning and school catchment. His communication and negotiation skills were outstanding. Always punctual to showings and responds quick to messages. We are very happy to have had Socrates by our side for our home buying process. I cannot say enough great things about Socrates and his service as he recently helped me buy (and sell) a downtown Toronto condo. He exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with my new condo, as well as the lightning fast sale of my previous home. He guided me through each step, always checking in on how I was feeling about the decisions ahead. It made a huge difference having complete trust in someone so knowledgeable who genuinely cares. And as a bonus, after I took possession, he even saved me from making a few interior design mistakes, he has great taste in decor. Besides being incredibly good at what he does, he's a genuinely good person. You cannot go wrong with him.
