Simon provided me with insights of the downtown rental market, comparison and factual data of the market in the neighbourhood. Upon the finalization of the purchase of the property, Simon also furnished a list of the property management companies as a follow-up service. I also have Simon to help me when I purchased my present property. I appreciate his professionalism, initiative to show and tell market trends of the real estate market.
