When my husband and I contacted Shirley to help with leasing our investment property she responded with enthusiasm and expertise. Although it was just the lease of a condo, the service, level of care and patience she exhibited far exceeded my expectations. In a matter of days after we listed there was healthy activity and interest in our property. We received a few offers. Shirley spent the time to talk us through each possible tenant and did a thorough credit and background check. Never did we feel rushed to make a decision. In the end our property was successfully leased FULL PRICE with only a few days on the market.
