We recently had an amazing experience with Shilo and Erik! We were in need of a new home quickly (due to a work relocation), and both Erik and Shilo were extremely helpful in finding us a wonderful new home. Erik worked hard to negotiate a strong deal for us that included everything we needed to make the deal work. They were efficient with communication, and kept us well informed throughout the process. They were also very willing to work within the bounds of the relocation process and requirements, and made this very easy for us. Of particular note was their post-purchase follow-up care and attention. Upon possession day when there were a couple of issues that came up (not issues with Erik & Shilo) - Erik and Shilo went above and beyond to help us work through the issues and provided excellent after-purchase care. If you are looking to work with exceptionally professional realtors who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Erik and Shilo!

This is The 5th (Hopefully Last) residence Shilo and her team have been a part of. Helpful, Knowledgeable, Accurate, fast, and Smart. Shilo and her team are tops. They did everything, including finding me all the extra professionals that were needed to close. The paperwork is extensive, and all we had to do was sign. She always picks up your call!!!
