She arranged for photos and listing which sold to the first couple who viewed the property. Sheri sold my mothers condo in a down market, was realistic about what it would sell for while other realtors mislead her with higher asking prices which resulted in few showings and not a single offer. Sheri was very professional in every thing she does for her clients but was also very personable, helping my elderly mother with some household tasks and reassuring her that all would be okay. I must also say that Sheri was a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the listing, selling and closing of the condo by email, messaging and phone calls. As I live in a different province it was a real benefit to have a realtor who we trusted and had my mothers best interest in mind. Sheri was also able to successfully negotiate a reasonable sale price on our behalf and in a timely manner.
