Sheri was incredible from beginning to end. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She was patient in answering all of our questions and making us feel that we were valued clients. She was prompt in responding to our calls and did an excellent job informing us of the home buying process. She even helped us find a great lender to get our mortgage done! We are so happy with the property that we got and the work that Sheri did throughout our home buying journey. My family and I are new to Edmonton and don’t know the city very well. Sheri was extremely knowledgeable, both with pre-existing neighbourhood and new developments. She also went above and beyond to demonstrate how valuable we were as clients. I was very pleased and happy with Sheri Lukawesky. She was professional all the way. But more than that, Sheri was honest and communicated very well. We often asked for Sheri's advice when it came to making some changes with the home or on price and Sheri guided us well throughout that process. What I liked most is there was no pressure. I had felt pressure from previous real estate agents, so I was a bit cautious at first. But Sheri quickly made me realise that she had our best interests and left it up to us to make the final decision.
