As first time home buyers my husband and I had a lot of questions and Sheri was able to answer all of them in a prompt and courteous manner. Furthermore, she provided guidance in areas that we wouldn’t have known! So much goes in to buying a house and Sheri was happy to assist us in every detail along the way with her experience and knowledge that led to us making our dream a reality and living in a beautiful home in a very desirable neighborhood. We have no doubt her determination as a hard working realtor got us the house we wanted from the start. There is no question that we would suggest Sheri to any one of our friends or co-workers looking to buy/sell their home!

Sheri was very knowledgeable about the current market and selling environment. We were very happy to have her on our side, and we received fair market value when our home sold. One thing we cannot thank her enough for was for negotiating a new possession date with our buyers. Without her renegotiating the buyers possession date from our original contract, while waiting for the possession of our new build home, we would have been displaced for a number of weeks. Thanks to Sheri we only had to find a place to live for a few days. This was huge for us as we have two year old twin boys. The few days was not a big deal and we are now happy in our new home. We highly recommend Sheri.
