As a first time home seller, I was anxious about EVERYTHING. Sheri was kind and patient walking me through the process. I am so happy to have worked with her and her team (who are also just as great), and couldn't have asked for anything more in a realty professional.

Sheri and her team have been fantastic. It is very clear that Sheri cares about her clients’ well-being through the process. For instance, when she called me to inform me that the buyer accepted our counter-offer on my house, I involutarily replied “Oh, finally!” From that comment, she assumed that I was dissatisfied with how long everything took (the house was only listed for 2 weeks). So she gently asks if her service and process weren’t up-to-par. I quickly reeled back my comment, as I had a number of things on the go and was simply eager to sell my house. But that concern she showed demonstrated to me how much she cares about my satisfaction with her service. Her and her team were very prompt and courteous to any questions we have had. It’s very clear that Sheri is an experienced natural at what she does, because there was not a single time where I felt stressed about the process. We’ve already recommended her to our friends, with one of them taking up that recommendation and are also enjoying her services. My lil’ pug Lulu really likes her, too. Even though Lulu pooped in the master bedroom the first night we were at our new home, ultimately, if Lulu likes her, then so do I! 5/5
