When we met Sheri, she quickly put us at ease, laid out the process in understandable terms and was able to guide us. From de-cluttering tips to minor and somewhat major suggestions on things that needed to be done to prepare our home for sale...Sheri's advise was spot on. Since we were in a time crutch, she was able to provide us with trades who could assist us with these tasks. The staging and photos of our home made everything look amazing. Sheri was always quick to answer all of our questions and was always encouraging.

Sheri was great to deal with through our entire sale. We sold our townhouse through her and at the time there was 5 other identical units for sale. We quickly received multiple offers for it and sold $15,000 higher than similar units. She communicated clearly and efficiently, always explaining everything in detail while responding quickly to any questions we had. The professional photographer and stager she used made our unit look much better than all the ones for sale and I believe was a huge reason we had such interest while other units were sitting for weeks without a sale. If I were to ever sell a home again I would 100% use Sheri again.

Non hassle, straight forward and sold our house basically within the month for a fair price. Did not allow buyers to be difficult and did not allow us to be taken advantage of. Zero complaints.
