Our offer was negotiated on a Friday night at 9 pm and he stayed up till everything was done! Shawn is absolutely amazing. He helped me renovate a cluttered outdated 2BR 1100+ sft condo by finding the junk removal team, flooring contractor, painter, electrician, plumber, appliances and lighting. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, always available, courteous and kind. I would not have been able to sell a condo located in the west coast while living in the east coast if it wasn't for him. I tell everyone that he was the man with the plan and I just funded it.
