I was extremely impressed with Shavin’s knowledge of the real estate market and his very approachable personality. He discussed the whole process of selling the house, the preparations required, the staging etc so well that what seemed like an overwhelming task turned out to be a very manageable one—he stood by me and my family members throughout the listing till the house was sold.
