We couldn't have imagined a better agent then Shannon. She made herself available the moment we found our dream property even though she was already busy. She went out of her way to research contractors and resources that assisted us in negotiations. We knew very little about the area and the real estate process as first-time home buyers, buying out of province, and she walked us through every step. The value she offered was above and beyond, made us feel supported and advised beyond the expertise of a typical agent. We felt extremely confident with her at every stage because of her professionalism, communication and authenticity.

She is an excellent negotiator and is very knowledgeable. She is also very personable and listens to what you want. Very quick to respond. We took her all over the province. We would use her again without hesitation.
