Shane was an excellent realtor. He was not pushy, when I had questions he answered them asap, he gave advice that was beneficial to me (I do not live in market area), and he was very polite. Shane had nothing to do with lower price received than expected, just market conditions. I would definitely use him again if I had the opportunity.
