We used the Guy with the Dog to sell our condo and purchase our house. Sean is very knowledgeable and super easy and nice to work with. His purchasing agent that was assigned to us left the company in mid-transaction but Sean made sure to step in himself and finalize everything. Sean and his staff were super patient with us when we were not sure where to buy and went with us all over the place to look at houses. This is the second time we’ve used this realtor and will do so again, if it comes to that again. Although, I did say that they will have to carry me out feet first from this house. LOL
