Thank you to Sean Gillis and his team. I had been in touch with Sean for awhile discussing my want to sell my rental property, and he truly had my best interests in mind as he didn't list immediately but waited for the right time to list and in turn give me a return higher than I had expected. He went over and above with scheduling showings around the schedules of my tenants which I know was not an easy task. He also scheduled his own lawn maintenance guy to come in do some much needed work on the yard, and it has never looked better. I have and would highly recommend Sean Gillis and his team of magic makers to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Grande Prairie area!

Sean was outstanding and impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and negotiation skills. He managed to get top dollar for my house and helped me get the price of the home I was purchasing down to the price point I was hoping for. He went above and beyond on helping with possession schedules and making sure myself and my family was taken care of. I would recommend Sean in a heart beat.
