I found myself in an unplanned situation of needing to find a home for my son for his university studies. He is knowledgable of the market and the various options around the University. With 5 back-to-back showings available to me within a week of calling him, it was an efficient use of my time. Although the places were not suitable, he was able to pivot and got even more showings within an hour. We found the place! We made an offer and had a deal in just over 24 hours under list price.
