I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Wayne and Sean Burton (Best Duo)! From our very first conversation to closing day, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Wayne and Sean were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect home. What stood out most was their ability to make the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, kept us informed, and offered valuable insight at every turn—whether it was negotiating the best price, navigating inspections, or just being a calm voice during tense moments.

Sean made the home-buying process both smooth and enjoyable. His knowledge of construction and experience with home inspections were invaluable, he pointed out issues we would have completely missed, helping us make confident decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he was always quick to make himself available when we were ready to look at homes. When it came to making an offer, we had great advice and were able to get the home that we wanted, even with competing offers. We’d be happy to work with Sean again when it’s time to buy or sell in the future.

I loved working with Sean and Wayne. It's really cool to see a father and son team working together. Both of them brought experience into the partnership that gave us confidence. Sean brought a home inspector background, which helped us weed out some of the places during showings. He was able to bring out a thermal imaging scanner to show us where there were defects that a layperson could not see. Wayne brought years of realtor experience which helped us find the right home at the right price. Together, they were patient, knowledgeable, and never pressured us into buying. In the end, we were able to find exactly what we wanted, thanks to them.

As first time home buyers, Sean had great information from his inspector and own home renovation backgrounds, which helped us to gauge which properties would align with what we were looking for in a home. He was very patient and helpful as we looked into a fair few properties before purchasing, and had great communication. In the end, the home we purchased was his suggestion based off of what he knew we were looking for in location and the house itself. He also advocated for us in negotiations to help meet our budget and some house-specific items. Would recommend Sean, especially if you are new to house hunting.

Sean makes himself available to his clients whenever they need. My husband works on-call shifts, and he easily adapted to our needs. He would ask insightful questions, as we are recently married and new to buying a home, in order to align our asks for our dream home. He is a family person and treats you that way. Thanks for making this process fun, and easy for us! Will be using Sean for our future home purchases.
