This is the second time we have worked with Scott. He first helped our daughter purchase her first home and did such a good job we decided to use him as well. He was very professional and readily available to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to secure our new home. Scott was beyond amazing when helping us buy our house and was nothing short of amazing again. Just like before I was out of province working and Scott went absolutely above and beyond to make the purchase happen. His level of experience and expertise made the entire process as simple and easy going as one could ever hope for. Always following up making sure we know the next steps, answering questions anytime of day, follow-up communications after chats on the telephone and very good at putting information in an easy way to understand.
