What more can a seller ask for? We decided to list with Scott after reading some on line reviews. We had already received a home valuation from another realtor and were feeling a little deflated with the suggested sale price and overall reaction to what we thought was our beautiful home. I had a great feeling as soon as we called Scott. He was so quick and professional with his response to our request. He came to meet us armed with all of the info we needed and surprised us when he said we should list at 75k over the value given to us by the other realtor. Scott was very confident in his valuation and said our home would show extremely well and attract lots of interest. His team came in and set up the signs and took some wonderful photos of our home. The listing immediately attracted interest and in just two days we had an offer. We were very pleasantly surprised. Then came the negotiations. Scott steared us through the process and even with a few unusual hiccups he was able to get our deal done. With several conditions to be removed before having a firm deal Scott made sure he stayed on the case right through until the deal was completed. Needless to say I would highly recommend Scott to anyone needing realestate help. He is extremely sharp and professional and very thorough and fully deserves the title of Kelowna’s number one agent.
