Scott is the realtor who sold my daughter’s house and then facilitated in the purchase of her new home. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable of the market, very driven in ensuring his client’s needs are obtained, a great negotiator and just a down to earth and genuine person. I had no reservations in recommending him to my co-worker who had been trying to sell their home for over two years. She had gone through so many realtors who fell short in providing the service required to sell her home. Once Scott took over her house was sold in no time. She was impressed in his professionalism and attention he gave in selling her home. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. I will be obtaining his services in the near future in the sale and purchase of a home myself.
