Purchasing a home in Edmonton during a pandemic and unable to attend physically can be stressful but Sara, Ferdinand and her team had made it super easy knowing I am in fantastic hands whom I can really trust on. I was not able to attend any showings or open houses due to work and being located in another province but Sara made it very seamless by ensuring communication and all my needs were met at all times. She always ensure she made the right decision for me if a home we were looking at was not a great buy, or if it was a fantastic deal. I was able to get a wonderful Single Family home Purchase with double garage, completed basement in the Secord area fairly new for under asking as an investment property closed March 2022. Best purchase of my life. Everyone whom I encountered couldn’t believe how fast, effective and on top of things were when sharing my real estate experience in Edmonton and couldn’t thank Sara and her team enough. Totally would recommend Sara with her extensive real estate knowledge, professionalism, and knowing you will be in fantastic hands.
