<p>I decided to sell a 16 year old revenue condo property. It needed upgrading, cleaning and repairs before it could be marketed. Sarah had great contacts and helped me through all renos/improvements. While I was away on vacation Sarah coordinated repairs/replacement of counter tops, flooring and painting. This all was completed within 2 weeks, and the place looked terrific. Included in Sarah's fee was "staging", which helped sell the unit within two weeks. Throughout the process she returned all my calls promptly, was professional, communicated extremely well, and was a pleasure to deal with.</p>

Sarah made buying our first house experience exceptional!! She was extremely professional and gathered so much information for us. We really felt taken care of with Sarah and that she had our backs. She was very transparent and would help us weigh pros and cons of each home. She was extremely flexible with us as we could only view homes in the late evening because of our work schedules and that was not a problem!
