Sarah was great throughout the process of selling the house. We interviewed a few realtors and felt she was extremely personable and professional. She genuinely cared and wanted to help us. She was able to arrange a lot of showings and guided us in staging the house well. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a genuine person who will do her best to get you the best deal.

<p>There are a lot of real estate agents in Edmonton but Sarah is absolutely one of the best (if not the best agent out there). I have used her multiple times to sell properties which included investment properties and our home.</p> <p>I have used larger "prominent" agencies in Edmonton in the past, but to no success as those firms gave poor service and were seemingly too busy with the volume of houses/clients in their portfolio. They were unable to provide the personal touch Sarah was able to. Sarah provides great feedback (realistic) along with suggestions to help move your property in a tough climate.</p> <p>Will definitely recommend her to friends and family, and use her again if needed.</p> <p>She is the best!</p>

Sarah has been working with our family for over two years. We initially contacted her to find a home for my mother in law who was in a bad rental situation. At the time we weren’t able to find a suitable place within her budget, but Sarah went above and beyond trying to find the perfect place. My husband and I then used Sarah to purchase our investment property. Again, Sarah took us to multiple units and pointed out severe structural failings before we noticed them. She also guided us through the process of getting a foreclosed-bank-owned property. After two years, we found the perfect place for my mother in law as her bad rental situation continued to deteriorate. Sarah met us at all hours of the day, and brought up key questions to investigate. Sarah was a determined negotiator. In the end we decided to agree to the price before Sarah was willing to give up. Over the two years, Sarah has remained in contact with us and demonstrated her commitment to serving the whole family over their lifetime. We really appreciate her thoughtfulness, dedication, and professionalism.

Sarah was amazing, she assisted me with buying my first home and Investment property. I cannot say enough good things. Every detail was covered plus some I would have never thought of. Always very responsive and always looking out for my best interests in any deal. Will be using Sarah for all my future plans.
