Not only did we have very little time to find a house, we also had to do so from another province. On top of that, as first time home owners, we had a million questions. Sarah was extremely patient and understanding throughout. We made virtual tours of properties, where she would draw our attention to small (and big) details. When a property interested us, she would often make room in her schedule to go visit it the same day! Furthermore, she had great knowledge of different neighbourhoods and was able to make recommendations which was very useful since we are not originally from Alberta. We felt like she had our backs through every step of the way. Communication was great and Sarah went above and beyond to help us during the inspection and negotiations. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent for our first house purchase. Thank you very much once again Sarah!
