Sarah is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and have had a few in Edmonton and California . I had my condo listed for 5 months and no offers and when I switched to Sarah she sold it in under 2 weeks. Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, updates done very quickly after each showing, fun to work with and all around an amazing realtor and person. She is the one you want listing your home!!

Working with Sarah was great. She was on the ball with housing and communication and was willing to listen and adapt based on changing needs / wants. Sarah communicated very frequently and would quickly respond when reaching out. Any information that Sarah said she would provide was done so in a quick and informative manner.

Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and professional, she made our first condo purchase for our daughter very easy even though we were dealing with all the documents remotely. Sarah answered all my texts and emails promptly. It was a pleasure working with her and would definitely recommend her, we look forward to working with her in the future.

Sarah made our home search easy despite a frustrating market. She ensured we were able to get quick viewings of houses we loved and always kept her eye out for homes she knew we would like. On each offer she looked out for our interests and had excellent recommendations when we were unsure. Throughout our closing process our steps were clear and documentation was provided quickly. Overall I cannot think of a better person to guide a first time homebuying experience, despite knowing how busy Sarah it always felt like we were a priority.
