It is 100% worth having a relator to sell your condo, and even more so - having Sarah and her teams’ assistance. I was impressed with the marketing, photos, and virtual staging that was done. We accepted a great offer within 9 days of listing! Each day (but especially condition day), Sarah was steadfast with her support with some last minute amendments from the buyers. There were many moving parts with the sale, but having Sarah’s guidance made this extremely easy for me. I couldn’t recommend her (and also Alanna) enough!

Sarah was terrific to deal with. She was knowledgeable about the market and was timely and easy to deal with. We had to fo some renovations to prep the condo for sale and she provided the names of contractors who were excellent and got things done right away. She communicated really well during the process to a successful sale. Highly recommended.
