I was tired of pushy, rushed agents that treated me as a 'deal to close'. I met Sarah through a referral and she has been an absolute breath of fresh air. Her knowledge and expertise were clear, but what stood out the most was how easy-going and friendly the interactions were. Like talking to a friend - she knew my preferences/style and applied it to the homes I was looking for. She also has an incredible network and referred me to the best HVAC tech I've ever worked with. Sarah helped us with the sale of our condo recently and if we could rate her more than 5*, we would. Besides being very personable and fun to work with, she is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and very responsive. We really appreciated her calm no-nonsense approach and honest advice. She helped us navigate a situation that we alone could not have handled, which made the whole process stress-free despite the unanticipated “bump in the road”. There is no doubt that Sarah was an integral part of the success of our condo sale and, without any hesitation, she will be a part of our buying and selling journeys going forward.
