Sam has helped me through three transactions, and I consider him a valuable asset whether buying or selling. He went over and above on my last possession due to the previous owner's default on removal of contents. Sam was easy to deal with during a stressful time (leaving the property after 42 years). He arranged for very professional photographers to present my property very positively. He gave great advice about pricing in the current market. I was very happy to be dealing with him.

If I could rate Sam & his team a 10 out of 5 I certainly would! Sam worked with us for OVER A YEAR to find the perfect home for us. We were often the first to look at places as they came up thanks to his attentiveness in this fast-paced market, and he always answered our calls and questions quickly.
