I would highly recommend Sam as a real estate agent. He arranged showings in a timely manner. He was truthful in his feedback and answered questions with patience.

Sam went above and beyond in selling my home in the now-down-turned market, and in buying my patio home. He worked with the other realtors to negotiate the best for me, get answers to my questions, arrange extra access to the property, and worked with me to give me advice to have the best sale and purchase, connect with me regularly, and was available at any time. He is positive, a good communicator, knowledgeable, and sincere. His company offers extra 'perks' and is clear about their services and our contract; honest and focused on the client. Sam also didn't ignore the emotions I was experiencing leaving my lovely home and garden, to downsize to my patio home -- a necessary decision but sad in some ways -- and he talked with me about the change and went through the process step-by-step so it wasn't overwhelming. I've already recommended Sam and his team to others.

Sam was easy to deal with during a stressful time (leaving the property after 42 years). He arranged for very professional photographers to present my property very positively. He gave great advice about pricing in the current market. I was very happy to be dealing with him.
