We were purchasing a home for the first time in a long time and we were searching for a year or so until we met Sam. His work ethic, energy, and professionalism gave us the confidence to the pull the trigger. He quickly sent us new listings that came on the market, called ahead of time to find the information that was important to us and then sent us a detailed email. Other realtors put us on auto notification and we got 10 listings a day. As soon as we met Sam we listened to his advice from start to finish and we got an amazing result. We will use Sam again in the future

Sam helped us sell our townhouse in Burnaby, he got us the highest price in the complex and he found us a home as well and made our transition seemless. We were very worried that if we sell it we might not find a place or we would have to stay at a hotel or something. Sam assured us every step of the way and came through for us in every aspect.

Sam is very knowledgeable and really cares about your needs. As a first time home buyer I really didn't know what I was doing. He read strata documents and depreciation reports, and would point out any issues with properties we were viewing. I definitely learnt a lot from Sam. I was able to ask him questions without feeling stupid. He was also very patient with me because I looked at a decent amount of properties before I made an offer. Sam helped me on the financing part too by referring me to a great mortgage broker. This was a big stress relief for me since my bank was not approving me for the mortgage amount I needed. I'm glad I picked Sam and will definitely have him as my realtor again!
