Sam has been amazing to work with. He and his team were always prompt to answer any questions and update us on next steps. The photographer they arranged did a great job on the photos for our listing. We were on a tight schedule and the whole process from an initial walkthrough, to pictures, to listing, and then selling, took less than 2 weeks. Sam was very effective in communicating our offers and options, and helped us to close our sale with an agreement we were happy with.
